OVERSEAS’s Business Conduct and Ethics Code is built on our core values and highlights the principles That guide our business conduct. However, the Code cannot address every possible workplace situation or list all of Overseas’s Corporate Policies and Procedures. Use it for guidance about our ethical standards .When each of us follows the Code, we communicate our commitment to the values that have made Overseas admired both as a business partner and as a valued organization of the global community.

Company Records and Internal Controls

Fair and accurate books and records are essential for managing Overseas ’s business.

Our Shared Responsibility

Overseas’s books and records must be prepared accurately and honestly, both by our accountants who prepare records of transactions and by any of us who contribute to the creation of business records for example, by submitting expense reports, job logs, activity cards. All of our books and records must be supported by enough documentation to provide a complete, accurate, valid and auditable record of the transaction.
